2 house functions without air conditioning instead utilises automatically controlled louver windows to provide cross-ventilation, exterior sun protection and privacy from the nieghbours.

very minimalist and contemporary design comfortable interior and good choice of materials.
more over the use of the roof as a garden is a really good idea to make it a more sellable design
