A mixed use facility at the University of Rennes by British architects Clash . The building contains the student union, a medical clinic for the school and a multi-purpose exhibition hall supported by a series of pilotis. The project was delivered from a competition and completed in 2005 in association with French architects Lanoire Courrian Poggi from Bordeaux.

WAO!! it looks so similar to Diller and Scofidio's Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston. . . . who was first?

the the student union for the Rennes was completed in 2005, a year prior to ICA in Boston. However it is only a portion of the elevation at Rennes bears any similarity
