The over 4500 ft
2 Beach Walk House on Fire Island, New York was designed by
SPG architects. The residence is composed of three intersecting rectilinear volumes and is simply coded to create a dynamic composition. The middle floating volume is wrapped in shiplapped timber and houses the 5 bedrooms. The dominant volume, located on the top floor is finished in anodized metal and features the kitchen with access to a viewing deck.
