SPASM Design, Chole 4 is a 12 unit cluster of 3 bedroom apartments located on a constrained site. Programmatically the apartments are broken into two blocks, one containing single level units the other dual level; the void between the blocks are bridged on alternate floors to create shaded decks for communal activities.
