British Architects FAT (fashion-architecture-taste) have unveiled a hybrid development for a south Rotterdam community in the Netherlands. The building when complete will include a daycare centre, nursery and primary school alongside retirement housing, a café, library and retail space all built alongside a new mosque being built on the adjacent lot.
