Henning Larsens Tegnestue, in collaboration with the icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson, has been awarded 1st prize in the International competition for a new Concert and Congress Centre.

As the big sister of an architect I can only offer my non-specialist untrained eye. This looks so cool! And it reminds me of the building in GoldenEye (the one with Halle Berry) - SHINY = COOL!
