The O-14 (pronounced “oh-14″) office tower in Dubai, designed by Reiser Umemoto, has over 1,000 circular perforations on its façade that serve as solar screens, letting in light between the one-meter space & yields a chimney effect for hot air, with views through to the interior occupants; as well acts as a structural exoskeleton.
